What is a Virtual Assistant? What does a Virtual Assistant do?

A virtual assistant is generally self-employed and provides professional administrative, technical, or creative assistance to clients remotely from a home office.

We provide the same type of support as a personal assistant, secretary, content creator, or other office personnel, but are not physically located in your office. Administrative work, social media management and content writing are examples of what we can help you with.

What is a Social Media Manager?

A social media manager is the individual in an organization trusted with monitoring, contributing to, filtering, measuring and otherwise guiding the social media presence of a brand, product, individual or corporation.

What is a Content Creator?

A content creator writes any content needed for websites, blogs, newsletters, etc..

  • Basic book keeping, invoicing, and expense reporting - Bookkeeping is the process of tracking expenses, creating invoices, making sure funds have been received or distributed, and managing bookkeeping software or a custom system. For us bookkeeping does not involve tax preparation.

Where are you located? What hours do you work?

We are located in Western Canada. We have Virtual Assistants in both Alberta and BC but we can work with anyone in North America. 

We try to be available whenever our clients need us but our main working hours are 8am to 9pm, Mountain Standard Time, 7 days per week. 

How are your hours tracked?

We use a time-tracking tool to ensure the most accurate time tracking possible. Every task we do for you is time tracked – meaning we start a timer when we begin working on your task and stop the timer when the task is completed or we switch to a different task. You will get regular reports on the total amount of time used and we will charge you for the time it takes to complete your task, not a second more.
